TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  Payments are due before commencement of Workshops. No payments will be accepted on day of

     workshop except by prior arrangement.

2.  On receipt of your booking an Invoice will be faxed or e-mailed to you.

3.  All cancellations to be in writing: e-mail. No telephonic cancellations will be accepted.

4.  Cancellations received in the week prior to the commencement date of a Workshop will be subject to a

     30% cancellation fee.

5.  Cancellations received in the time period two working days prior to the commencement date of a

     Workshop, will be subject to the full Workshop fee.

7.  Non-attendance of Workshops will be subject to the full Workshop fee.

8.  Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of a Workshop.

9.  Please notify the VPAGES-office when payment is made and please quote invoice number on

     bank or EFT deposits. (Banking details are printed on invoices)

10. VPAGES Training's liability in the event of a workshop being cancelled due to reasons or

     conditions outside the company's control will be limited to a full refund of Workshop fees paid.

11. Schooling requirement: Grade 7+. (Training message is delivered in plain, understandable English.)
